From Highway 32:

Proceed on 32 to 108. Exit and turn east on 108 (LEFT turn if you were approaching from Glenelg, Sykesville, or points north, RIGHT turn if you were approaching on westbound 32 from Columbia). At the first traffic light east of 32, turn RIGHT onto Signal Bell Lane. The office is in the building on the corner of Signal Bell Lane and 108. Parking is off Signal Bell Lane. (There is no access to the parking lot directly from 108)

From State Road 108:

If you are driving from Ellicott City or the north east corner of Columbia, proceed west on 108. Turn LEFT at Great Star Drive - at the River Hill Village Center - and then take your first RIGHT at Signal Bell Lane. The entrance to the office parking lot is just past the Mobil gas station.
