At Capital Women's Care, Howard County, our staff is committed to offering caring, progressive prenatal care. We want yours to be a happy, healthy pregnancy; one that gives your baby a healthy start and one that sets the stage for a safe delivery. Childbirth is one of the most important events in your life, so we do all we can to honor your choices while maintaining your utmost safety with excellent medical care.

One of the advantages of our smaller practice is that you have many opportunities during your visits to meet with our four physicians; one of whom will deliver your baby. While other practices may make arrangements with other groups to cover nights and weekends, we value the continuity of care that we can provide by caring for our admitted patients ourselves.

We offer the combinations of people and options to help make your delivery the experience you want it to be. We'll help you discover what's best for you, then do everything we can to make it happen - all in the comfort and safety of the Howard County General Hospital's birthing center. Here, even women with high-risk pregnancies are in the best of care, with Dr. Richards, Dr. Davis, Dr. Pilevsky, Dr. Meshkat and Johns Hopkins perinatal specialists, when needed.
